We are seeking a reliable and proactive Security Guard to join our team and help ensure the safety and security of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems to detect and respond to suspicious activity. Conduct regular patrols of the hospital grounds, including parking areas and entrances. Respond to alarms, security breaches, and emergency situations promptly and effectively. Assist hospital staff, patients, and visitors with safety-related concerns and provide directions as needed. Enforce hospital policies and procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment. Report and document incidents, including writing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

Security Training or Certification. Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is highly desirable. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina to perform patrols, stand for extended periods, and handle physical tasks. Basic knowledge of hospital protocols and emergency procedures is a plus. Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.

Work Schedule:

Morning Shift 6:30AM-3:00PM
