Job Description

FUNCTION- Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all patrons, employees and Company assets. Must adhere and comply with all Company policies, internal controls and gaming regulatory requirements.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures the safety and security of employees, patrons and Company assets. Assists in transporting money, poker chips and other valued items. Controls access to restricted and all sensitive areas. Reacts and reports on patron and employee incidents and accidents. Monitors patron and employee passage in and out of slot floor and card room. Responsible for checking for and reporting safety hazards. Understands security function as it relates to internal control responsibilities and gaming regulatory requirements. Other duties as assigned.
STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
Maintains interpersonal working relationship among all personnel. Oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of the Emergency Response Plan.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE A
high school diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred bilingual Spanish and English, read, write and speak fluently.
