Join Allied Universal in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location as an Access Control Officer, where you will monitor entry points, verify badges and credentials, conduct routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and report observations according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, and perimeter areas, noting maintenance concerns, access issues, and/or security-related conditions. Support vehicle, delivery, and/or contractor screening processes, maintain required logs, and communicate access-related information with site personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess 2+ years of security-related experience. Be 21+ years of age. Access control and badge experience is preferred. At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks. Customer service experience is preferred. Posses a guard card Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
