Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Protection Officer to ensure the safety and security of our facilities, staff, and visitors. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance, conflict management, and emergency response. Your expertise in law enforcement, security procedures, and first aid will help prevent incidents and respond swiftly when necessary. Duties Monitor premises through CCTV surveillance and physical patrols to detect suspicious activity or security breaches Manage access control by verifying identities of staff, visitors, contractors, and vendors Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies using established protocols Conduct conflict management interventions to de-escalate tense situations effectively Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs for all activities and incidents Assist in emergency situations by providing first aid or CPR as needed and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders Perform regular security checks including fence inspections, surveillance equipment audits, and patrols of sensitive areas Requirements Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields Certification in first aid and CPR from recognized organizations Knowledge of conflict management techniques and de-escalation strategies Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems Ability to write clear, detailed reports documenting incidents and observations Excellent communication skills for liaising with law enforcement agencies and emergency services Physical fitness to perform patrols, respond quickly to incidents, and manage stressful situations effectively Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone can thrive!
