Tactical Security Guard

Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Tactical Guard to join our security team. you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment through active surveillance, conflict management, and rapid response to incidents. Your expertise in law enforcement techniques, surveillance systems, and emergency procedures will ensure the safety of personnel, property, and assets. Duties Conduct comprehensive surveillance using CCTV systems and other monitoring tools to detect suspicious activity or security breaches Perform regular patrols of designated areas to ensure safety protocols are upheld and identify potential hazards or threats Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents, conflicts, or emergencies by implementing conflict management strategies and coordinating with emergency services when necessary Enforce access control procedures by verifying identities and authorizations for personnel, visitors, and contractors Apply first aid and CPR techniques in emergency situations to provide immediate assistance until professional help arrives Utilize law enforcement training to investigate incidents, gather evidence, and prepare detailed reports for further action Monitor loss prevention measures to prevent theft or vandalism through vigilant observation and intervention Skills Proven experience in law enforcement, military operations, or security roles with a focus on conflict management and emergency response Certified in first aid and CPR with the ability to provide immediate medical assistance when needed Excellent conflict resolution skills with a calm demeanor under pressure Ability to quickly assess situations using surveillance data and respond decisively Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, law enforcement agencies, and emergency responders

Pay:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
