Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic utilities location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine driving patrols, and support access activities while staying visible to help to deter security-related incidents. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a utilities location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper channels when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues. Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor logs, and/or authorized entry requirements in support of site rules and operational protocols. Document observations, incidents, and daily activities with clear, accurate reporting, and communicate relevant updates to supervisors and/or site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
