PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a dynamic technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and/or sensitive areas in support of site protocols, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel. Support day-to-day operations by following post orders, maintaining a visible presence, and assisting with security-related inquiries from employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 21 years of age. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
