ON-CALL OFFICER

On-call employees are those that respond to work needs regardless of the time or day of the week. They typically respond to the following :

CALL OUTS, TIME OFF REQUESTS FOR REGULAR EMPLOYEES AND LAST MINUTES CHANGES IN REGULAR EMPLOYEE SCHEDULES.

Apex Security uses an App that allows officers to see all available shifts, hours, and locations. Officers will use the app to pick up additional shifts as they become available. This is a part-time position only, no guaranteed work. Officers may be required to do the following: May be required to work for multiple clients at multiple locations, covering special projects, call-offs, vacations, and open shifts Most ON-CALL officer Shifts are 3rd shifts with some 2nd shifts. The more availability the officer has, the more chance the officer has to pick up shifts. • All ON-CALL officers will be required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month. Officers must be outgoing and personable, and able to deal with the public.
