Responsibilities Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity or security breaches. Conduct thorough patrols of the premises to identify potential hazards or unauthorized access. Manage access control by verifying identities and authorizing entry for employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents by following established protocols. Maintain detailed logs of activities, incidents, and security checks during overnight shifts. Assist in conflict management and de-escalation efforts to ensure safety for all individuals on site. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to address incidents effectively. Qualifications Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified. Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with security protocols, emergency response procedures, and law enforcement collaboration. Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail during night hours. Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods during overnight shifts.
