About the Role ​We are seeking professional, vigilant Security Officers to join our team at a private, luxury gated community . As the primary point of contact for residents and guests, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, privacy, and high standards of this residential neighborhood. ​This is an ideal role for individuals who take pride in their work and prefer a professional, controlled environment. ​ Key Responsibilities ​

Gatehouse Operations:

Greet residents, verify guest credentials, and manage visitor access using digital entry systems. ​

Neighborhood Patrol:

Conduct regular mobile patrols via a marked vehicle to ensure community amenities (pools, clubhouses) are secure. ​

General Security Duties:

Act as a first responder to residential alarms, document incidents in clear electronic reports, and provide a visible deterrent to unauthorized activity. ​

Professional Presence:

Maintain a high standard of appearance and provide exceptional customer service. ​ Mandatory Requirements ​

Active Class D Security License:

Must be in good standing (Florida license required). ​

Clean Driving Record:

Mandatory for mobile neighborhood patrolling duties. ​

Valid Driver's License:

Must be maintained throughout employment. ​

Reliability:

Punctuality is essential for maintaining 24/7 security coverage. ​High School Diploma or GED. ​Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Job Types:
