Duties Monitor premises through CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and ensure safety protocols are followed Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential security risks or safety hazards Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and vendors, ensuring proper authorization before granting access Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by assessing situations calmly and following established procedures Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations to support ongoing security efforts Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to address incidents effectively Enforce loss prevention measures by observing for theft or vandalism and reporting concerns immediately Requirements Strong observational skills with the ability to identify unusual or suspicious behavior quickly Knowledge of surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and alarm protocols Certification or experience in first aid and CPR is highly desirable for emergency response readiness Background in law enforcement, military, or security roles is a plus, demonstrating discipline and conflict management skills Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing conflicts professionally and effectively Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and visitors Willingness to undergo background checks and obtain any required security clearances Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone can thrive!
