Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and vigilant Security Officer to safeguard our facilities, assets, and personnel. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through vigilant surveillance, conflict management, and emergency response. Responsibilities Monitor premises using CCTV systems and conduct regular surveillance checks to detect suspicious activity or security breaches Control access points by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the facility Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations effectively Perform routine patrols of the property to identify potential security risks or safety hazards Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting theft or vandalism activities Provide first aid or CPR in emergency situations until professional medical help arrives Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and security logs for accountability and reporting purposes Experience Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields preferred Knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and alarm monitoring Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and security protocols Ability to perform physical duties including patrolling and standing for extended periods Prior experience with law enforcement or military background is a plus but not required Join us as a Security Officer and become an essential part of our commitment to safety!
