PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, controlled areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report potential concerns. Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and support entry and exit procedures in accordance with site protocols and regulatory requirements. Complete routine reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and relay important information during shift changes to support ongoing security-related operations.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 2 or more years of security-related experience is required. An active DoD Secret Clearance is required. Be at least 21 years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
