Part-Time Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and professional Security Guards to join our team. Candidates must have previous experience working in nightclubs, lounges, bars, or high-volume hospitality venues. This role requires strong situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Responsibilities Monitor and control venue entry and exit points. Verify guest identification and enforce venue policies. Conduct bag checks and security screenings when required. Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and property. Manage crowd control during peak hours and special events. De-escalate conflicts and handle disturbances professionally. Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns. Work closely with management and staff to ensure smooth operations. Monitor VIP areas and assist with bottle service security when needed. Complete incident reports and document security-related issues. Enforce venue rules while maintaining excellent customer service. Requirements Previous security experience in clubs, lounges, bars, or nightlife venues is required. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Reliable transportation. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. We are looking for dependable, professional individuals who can help create a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
