A VALID FLORIDA CLASS G SECURITY LICENSE IS REQUIRED

for this role. Applicants without an active Class G license will not be considered. About the Position SecurTec is seeking professional, dependable ARMED Security Officers to provide coverage at a residential community. This role requires a strong security presence, excellent judgment, and the ability to interact professionally with residents, guests, and management. Key Responsibilities Provide armed security coverage for a residential community Conduct patrols of the property and monitor access points Enforce community rules and security protocols Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately Observe, document, and report suspicious activity Complete daily activity and incident reports Maintain a visible, professional, and approachable presence

REQUIREMENTS

(MANDATORY) ACTIVE Florida Class G Armed Security License•

REQUIRED

Active Florida Class D Security License•

REQUIRED
