Security Guard

Security Agent This is a Part - Time position.

Position Requirements:

Valid Florida Guard Card Previous Law Enforcement, or Military Must be able to pass a background check Calm, polite, and professional behavior Reliable transportation

Position Duties:

Provide the initial response to all incidents and act accordingly within the scope of duties as a Security Agent. Manage entry and exit control points at designated property. Foot patrol around office and building exterior. Respond to access control door alarms. Safekeeping of property and personal security of office staff while on corporate site. Operate CCTV systems and monitor surveillance cameras. Conduct safety inspections as directed by policy and established procedure. Maintain individual Security activity records, checklists, and logs. Write detailed and accurate incident reports as required using computer skills and emails. Respond to any security-related complaints and take appropriate actions. Perform any other task, requested by management, within the scope of corporate policy. Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. Display exceptional customer service and communication skills. Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative wireless technology at client specific site. Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
