Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies by implementing appropriate protocols such as first aid or CPR when required, and liaising with law enforcement or emergency responders. Maintain detailed records of security activities, incident reports, and shift logs to ensure accurate documentation for future review. Oversee loss prevention initiatives by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing strategies to safeguard assets effectively. Skills Proven experience in security operations or law enforcement with strong leadership capabilities. Knowledge of surveillance technology including CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques. Certifications in first aid, CPR, and conflict management to handle emergencies confidently. Background in military or security services that demonstrates discipline and situational awareness. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective team coordination. Ability to manage stressful situations calmly while enforcing safety policies professionally.
