Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for roving the property, enforcing shopping plaza rules & regulations, watch for suspicious activity, parking enforcement, ensure there are no unauthorized persons on the property, deterring and/or removing unruly patrons, and maintaining a safe and secure worksite.
Responsibilities
Monitor plaza and conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security via foot patrol
Respond to emergencies and security incidents
Enforce parking /property regulations and guidelines
Daily reporting and reporting of any suspicious activities or persons
Provide assistance to client or authorized personnel when needed
Skills
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Experience in surveillance techniques
Conflict management and/or deescalation skills
Knowledge of law enforcement procedures
