Description:
We are seeking a professional and vigilant Security Officer to oversee the pool area and bar in a private community, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patrons. Responsibilities include monitoring the property to ensure rules and safety guidelines are followed, assisting in maintaining a secure atmosphere during events, and collaborating with staff to address any concerns promptly.
Responsibilities:
Enforce establishment rules and promote general safety habits in the pool and bar areas. Provide oversight during events to ensure the safety and security of all patrons and property. Collaborate with team members to address safety or security issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
Strong observational and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in dynamic environments. Previous security or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
Scheduling Details:
The schedule for this position varies month-to-month based on the needs of the location. Shifts primarily include coverage for pool areas, bars, and events, with specific dates and times provided in advance. For example, this month includes a mix of evening and afternoon shifts.
