Position Summary:

The Security Officer provides security services at assigned locations with a focus on observing and reporting. Responsibilities include conducting foot, vehicle, golf cart, or bicycle patrols; monitoring and reporting suspicious activity; enforcing site rules and post orders; responding to emergencies; and writing detailed incident and daily activity reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interior and exterior patrols Monitor and report security threats or hazards Respond to incidents and emergencies per company policy Write accurate incident and daily activity reports Enforce site policies and procedures Provide customer service and assist visitors as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of experience preferred (security, military, law enforcement, or customer service) Valid state security license and driver's license (if required) Strong communication and report-writing skills Professional demeanor and ability to de-escalate situations Must pass background check and drug screening FL #
