In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring access, conducting surveillance, and responding swiftly to security incidents. Your expertise in law enforcement, conflict management, and emergency response will ensure the safety of personnel, property, and assets. Duties Control access to the premises by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel. Conduct thorough inspections of individuals and vehicles entering or leaving the facility to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized entry. Monitor surveillance cameras (CCTV) continuously to detect suspicious activity and ensure perimeter security. Respond promptly to security alarms or incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Manage conflict situations effectively using conflict management techniques while maintaining professionalism and composure. Maintain detailed logs of all access activities, incidents, and patrols for record-keeping and reporting purposes. Perform first aid and CPR when necessary to assist injured persons until professional help arrives. Experience Prior experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV), loss prevention strategies, and security protocols. Training or certification in first aid, CPR, conflict management, or law enforcement procedures is advantageous. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively while maintaining high attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective coordination with emergency responders and team members. Familiarity with security equipment such as CCTV systems, alarm systems, and access control devices.
