Job Description

365 Security Management Group is seeking
BILINGUAL
( English & Spanish) Security Officers with an active Florida Security License G (ARMED
SECURITY
) to join our team in different shifts . We are looking for individuals who take pride in maintaining a safe environment and are committed to excellence, professionalism, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and protection of assigned properties, personnel, and assets Conduct regular patrols to prevent security incidents Control access points and verify authorized personnel Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and security threats Complete clear and detailed daily activity and incident reports Maintain a professional presence at all times
Qualifications & Requirements:
Active Florida Security License G (required) Previous security experience (preferred) Availability for overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods Professional appearance, punctuality, and strong communication skills
Bilingual:
Must speak and understand both English and Spanish (REQUIRED)
