Duties:
```
  • Provide armed security services to ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property in neighborhood community.
  • Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect any suspicious activity
  • Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized access or criminal activity
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents or fire alarms, and provide necessary assistance
  • Complete detailed reports on incidents, accidents, or any unusual occurrences ```
Qualifications:
```
  • Possess a valid Class G armed security officer license
  • Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
  • Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures for emergency response
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure
