AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and/or vehicles entering or leaving the location in accordance with site policies and screening protocols. Monitor access points and review identification, credentials, and/or shipment documentation to help support authorized entry and movement throughout the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations and/or concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including interior and perimeter areas, while observing for unusual activity and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card is required. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
