Hialeah, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Weston, Davie, Fort Lauderdale & Parkland Locations!
Payrate:
Based on Experience $17.50-$19.00 an hour
Employment Status:

•Miami Management, Inc., is looking for highly motivated, professional, well-groomed, and reliable individuals for Gatehouse/Customer service positions for some of the best residential properties in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting residents and guests Controlling access to the property (guests, vendors, contractors, etc) Monitor security cameras Apply all safety and security policies, programs, and procedures Ability to handle crises/emergencies (fire, water leaks, accidents, etc) Answer the phone clearly and professionally Ensure work areas are maintained cleanly and professionally Basic computer skills Personal skills It may require some physical activity's
REQUIREMENTS
Well, Groomed Self-motivated Positive attitude Well-mannered Respectful Clean driving record, and active Driver's License
REQUIRED
English language skills - oral and written! Bilingual skills may be desirable for some properties/ positions Have reliable transportation. Punctual, reliable, and responsible. Rover position has to be 25 years old + and 5+ years with Driver license.

In-person Schedule:
8-hour shifts. Weekends are required. Holidays required. Morning, Afternoon, or Overnight shifts. Overtime is available. Vacation with pay after a year.
