Resort Safety & Security Officer

Job Title:

Resort Safety & Security Officer We are seeking a dependable and professional individual to help maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for guests at our beachfront RV resort. This role contains security presence with guest service and requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor resort grounds and nearby amenity areas during peak hours
• Address disruptive behavior, including public intoxication, inappropriate conduct, and noise disturbances
• Act as a visible presence to deter misconduct and promote a family-friendly environment
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and incidents
• Communicate and coordinate with nearby business management and security personnel when needed
• Document incidents and report to management

Qualifications:

• Prior security, law enforcement, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Availability to work: evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be reliable and observant

Pay:

$15.00 per hour
