Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and professional Unarmed Foot Patrol Roverinf Security Officer to oversee access points at our clients' facilities. In this role, you will be the first line of defense, controlling entry and exit for employees, visitors, and vendors while maintaining a secure environment. Your proactive presence will help deter unauthorized access and ensure safety through attentive monitoring and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Authorize and verify all individuals entering or leaving the premises, including employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Conduct thorough inspections of visitors and vehicles to prevent theft or unauthorized access Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to observe activity around the gatehouse and surrounding areas Maintain accurate logs of all entries, exits, incidents, and shift activities Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies by following established protocols Communicate effectively with local emergency responders when necessary Enforce site policies related to loss prevention, conflict management, and safety procedures Skills Strong knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques Ability to handle conflict management situations calmly and professionally Basic first aid and CPR certification for emergency response readiness Experience or background in law enforcement, military service, or security operations preferred Excellent observational skills with attention to detail during visual inspections and fence checks Familiarity with security protocols related to access control and incident reporting Effective communication skills to interact courteously with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel

Pay:

$14.00 per hour
