PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with staff, visitors, and first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or potential hazards. Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to help support authorized access, assist with directions, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures. Complete routine reports and document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in a clear and timely manner consistent with Allied Universal and location expectations.
Minimum Requirements:
Be able to meet hospital vaccine requirements. Be able to work in and around the hospital morgue. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED. Be at least 21 years of age. Be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
