Duties Patrol designated areas regularly to maintain a visible security presence and deter potential threats Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to observe activity and identify suspicious behavior Control access points by verifying credentials for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies by following established protocols Conduct thorough inspections of facilities, including checking for safety hazards or unauthorized access Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for record-keeping and reporting purposes Skills Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation Ability to perform first aid and CPR in emergency situations with confidence Experience or training in law enforcement or military practices is highly advantageous Excellent conflict management skills to handle tense situations calmly and professionally Familiarity with loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or property damage Effective communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and the public Ability to stay alert for extended periods while maintaining focus on safety procedures Embark on a career where your vigilance makes a difference!
