45PM-10:45PM Duties Supervise and support team members to deliver outstanding service in both Spanish and English, ensuring clear communication across all levels Monitor daily operations to meet performance goals, quality standards, and customer satisfaction benchmarks Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to enhance team skills and productivity Facilitate effective communication between team members, management, and clients in both languages Address escalated issues promptly, resolving conflicts with professionalism and a positive attitude Conduct regular team meetings to motivate staff, share updates, and reinforce company policies Maintain accurate records of performance metrics, attendance, and other relevant documentation Qualifications Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a positive outlook Prior experience working with multicultural teams or in customer service is preferred Knowledge of relevant tools or software for tracking performance metrics is a plus Join us as a Spanish & English Supervisor and be part of an energetic team dedicated to excellence!
