PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns in accordance with post orders and client guidelines. Support day-to-day operations by observing for suspicious behavior, assisting with directions and questions, and following established procedures for deliveries, visitors, and after-hours activity.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required. Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED. Be 21 years of age or older. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
