Part Time Roles Available:

Saturday & Sunday - 1 for 12am-12pm, 1 for 12pm-12am We are seeking 2 part-time highly professional and experienced Armed Security Officers to provide protective services at a private facility near Williston, Florida. We are building an elite security team dedicated to delivering the highest level of safety, security, and professionalism while maintaining a secure environment for personnel, visitors, and property. This is an active indoor/outdoor assignment requiring exceptional situational awareness, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to maintain a visible security presence in a dynamic environment. Officers will be expected to demonstrate sound judgment, remain calm under pressure, and respond effectively to incidents. The ideal candidate possesses prior armed security, law enforcement, military, or related protective services experience and understands the principles of high-visibility deterrence, proactive patrol operations, access control, threat identification, and emergency response procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

Conduct routine and random foot and vehicle patrols throughout the property Actively monitor robust camera system in the security operations center Control access points and verify credentials of authorized personnel and visitors Maintain a strong, professional security presence to deter criminal activity and unauthorized access Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, disturbances, emergencies, and incidents Prepare accurate and detailed incident, activity, and shift reports Maintain readiness and composure in rapidly evolving situations Coordinate with property and facility management team and vendors as needed.

Qualified candidates should possess:

Valid Florida Class D Security License Valid Florida Class G Armed Security License Valid CPR/ AED/ First Aid Certification Minimum of 5 years of armed security experience Prior armed security, military, law enforcement or related experience preferred Strong communication and report-writing skills Excellent observational skills and situational awareness Ability to stand, walk, patrol and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions Professional appearance, dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure Must pass a background check and drug screening Reliable transportation We are seeking disciplined professionals who take pride in their work, value integrity, and understand that security is built through vigilance, professionalism, and proactive engagement.

Pay:
