Responsibilities Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop tailored security plans for assigned clients. Provide close protection services, including escorting clients during travel and public appearances. Monitor surroundings through surveillance techniques to identify potential threats or suspicious activity. Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, utilizing first aid and CPR skills when necessary. Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management strategies to de-escalate threats. Maintain detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping and analysis. Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders during incidents or investigations. Experience Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or private security is highly preferred. Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and decisiveness. Certification in first aid, CPR, and conflict management is desirable. Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems or other monitoring tools. Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail for documentation purposes. Knowledge of security protocols, threat assessment, and emergency response procedures.
