Perform regular patrols of the premises, including building interiors and exteriors, using manual handling techniques to check for hazards or unauthorized access. Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies. Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, de-escalating disputes while maintaining safety for all parties involved. Assist with loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or vandalism activities and documenting incidents accurately. Support law enforcement agencies during investigations or when required by performing background checks or providing security reports. perform accurate incident reporting and daily activity reports. Requirements Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with knowledge of surveillance techniques. Familiarity with CCTV systems, security protocols, and loss prevention strategies. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies or confrontations. Knowledge of legal requirements related to security operations and performing background checks. Excellent observational skills combined with a proactive attitude towards safety and security.
