Oversee gate staff, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management. Ensure all drivers follow site procedures, safety regulations, and documentation requirements. Verify shipping and receiving documents for accuracy, including bills of lading, delivery orders, and inspection reports. Coordinate with warehouse, yard, and logistics teams to manage traffic flow and minimize delays. Monitor inbound and outbound truck activity, ensuring accurate recording in tracking systems. Enforce safety protocols, including proper PPE usage and compliance with company policies. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, delays, or driver issues at the gate. Maintain communication with carriers, drivers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports on gate activity, performance metrics, and incidents. Conduct routine inspections of gate equipment (barriers, kiosks, scanners, etc.) and report maintenance needs. Ensure site security by controlling access and verifying driver credentials and vehicle information. Respond to emergencies or incidents, documenting and escalating issues as needed. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer service. Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard Be authorized to work in the

U.S. 2-3

years of Security Supervisor or Security Management experience Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience
