Join The Team!! Dumbarton Security is looking for experienced Unarmed Security Officers with 2+ years of experience in security. The primary responsibility of this role will be monitoring and observing activities from the control room to ensure the safety and security of the mall premises. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment for both shoppers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems to observe activities within the mall. Respond to alarms and incidents, coordinating with local law enforcement when necessary. Conduct regular checks of the mall's security systems and report any issues. Maintain accurate logs of all observations and incidents during shifts. Assist in crowd control and ensure compliance with mall policies and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service to mall patrons and staff. Communicate effectively with other security personnel and mall management. Conduct patrols of the mall exterior and common areas as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus. The onboarding process includes drug screening and background checks., and can take 3-7 business days.
