Security Site Supervisor - Warehouse Richmond Hill Area Unleash your potential, make an impact! Hourly Range $25.00-$26.00p/hr Marksman Security is looking for a Licensed Security Site Supervisor for a warehouse location in Richmond Hill who is a proven leader for ensuring the safety, security, and compliance of all personnel, property, and operations within a warehouse environment. This position blends security management with oversight of warehouse operations, requiring both operational knowledge and strong supervisory skills.

Is This For You:

The supervisor serves as the primary on-site security leader, coordinating security staff, enforcing safety protocols, and preventing unauthorized access. Our supervisors work closely with warehouse management to integrate security measures into day-to-day operations. Ability to lead teams, make quick decisions, and communicate clearly with staff. You will be managing a team of 8-10 security professionals. This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time.

Qualifications:

Ga 24 Hour Certification Ga Driver's License Security, Industrial and Logistics background Minimum of two years in a security supervisory capacity
