Job Overview We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Access Control Officer to join our team for weekend night shifts, specifically Saturdays and Sundays from 10 PM to 7 AM. In this role, you will be responsible for managing access points, monitoring surveillance systems, and maintaining a secure environment through diligent observation and effective conflict management. Your presence will be crucial in safeguarding property, assets, and personnel during overnight hours. Duties Authorize entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at designated access points Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activity around the premises Perform security checks on individuals entering or leaving the facility to deter theft or unauthorized access Respond promptly to security incidents or conflicts, utilizing conflict management skills as needed Maintain detailed logs of access activities, incidents, and surveillance footage for record-keeping purposes Communicate effectively with emergency responders during incidents requiring first aid or law enforcement intervention Enforce loss prevention protocols to minimize theft or damage within the premises Skills Strong understanding of CCTV operation and surveillance techniques Knowledge of conflict management strategies and de-escalation tactics Basic first aid and CPR certification for emergency response readiness Experience or background in law enforcement, military, or security fields preferred Ability to remain alert during overnight shifts with excellent observational skills Familiarity with loss prevention practices and security procedures Effective communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and professionally Join us in providing dependable security services that protect assets while ensuring a safe environment during overnight hours.
