Must possess a valid Armed Security Officer license in accordance with state/local regulations Minimum of 2 years of experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military preferred Valid firearm permit and ability to demonstrate proficiency with assigned weapon High School Diploma or GED required; additional security or criminal justice education a plus Must pass a background check and drug screening Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure Must be physically fit, able to stand or patrol for extended periods, and work in various environments CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain) preferred Must have reliable transportation and be punctual for all assigned shifts
