Security Officer and/or Lead Officer

This position, located in Smyrna, GA, is hiring for both security officers and lead officers. Lead officer applicants must have prior supervisory experience. RFI Security is seeking a highly committed, vigilant, and professional Security Officer to join our team at an existing site. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated individual with a strong sense of responsibility and an unwavering focus on maintaining a secure environment.

Responsibilities:

Safeguard premises and personnel by patrolling property and inspecting buildings and access points. Enforce policies and procedures with authority and discretion, ensuring compliance with all company post orders and site policies. Respond to alarms and emergency situations with promptness and professionalism, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks. Conduct thorough investigations and complete detailed incident reports, documenting all security-related activities and observations. Serve as a visible deterrent to criminal activity, maintaining a strong and professional presence at all times. Provide assistance to staff and visitors, offering direction and support in a courteous and helpful manner.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a security role or a related field. Must have 2+ years worth of security experience for this position. Must have a clean driving record. Demonstrated commitment to safety and security protocols. Exceptional vigilance and attention to detail. High level of professionalism and integrity. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure. Valid security license (preferred) CPR and First Aid certifications (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent. Clear background check and clean driving record.
