Morning Pay Rate:

$22.50 / Hour wit h an hourly bonus of $1.96. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations, activities, and/or unusual events according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout public areas, restricted areas, exterior grounds, parking locations, and perimeter access points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access where required, and communicate with local authorities, site contacts, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related matters and operational needs.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
