FT/PT Security Guards

Responsibilities :

Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential security risks or hazards Control access points by verifying identities and issuing passes to authorized personnel, visitors, contractors, and vendors Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, or incidents by following established procedures Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate tensions Provide first aid or CPR when necessary, assisting injured individuals until emergency services arrive Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and surveillance footage for reporting and record-keeping purposes Qualifications •

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE HAWAII GUARD CARD.

Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Certifications in first aid, CPR, or law enforcement training are a strong plus Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively while maintaining professionalism Strong conflict management skills with the ability to diffuse tense situations effectively Physical fitness to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods as required Valid security license or certification as mandated by local regulations (if applicable) Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone feels protected!
