PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and/or delivery activity in accordance with site protocols, reporting concerns or irregularities to the appropriate contact. Support daily operations by observing for equipment, property, and/or facility-related issues that may require attention, and assist with follow-up in line with post instructions.
Minimum Requirements:
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
