Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading financial institution, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. In this customer-facing location, you will support access awareness, provide exceptional communication and service, and represent a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and grounded in integrity and teamwork.

PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, entrances, parking areas, ATM areas, and the exterior perimeter, with attention to unusual conditions and/or unauthorized access. Monitor access points and visitor activity to help to deter disruptions, support authorized entry procedures, and/or maintain awareness of activity within the location. Assist with routine closing and opening activities, alarm-related responses, and/or other assigned security-related duties based on site needs and post instructions.
Minimum Requirements:
Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
