Duties:

• Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Protect property and assets by implementing security measures and protocols
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent any security breaches
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances promptly
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of any security-related incidents
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors as needed
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies in case of emergencies or incidents

Skills:

• Valid security 20 h training certificate
• Prior experience in law enforcement, loss prevention, or security (minimum 4 years)
• Proficient in surveillance techniques and the operation of CCTV systems
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures is a plus
• Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Ability to adapt to different situations and make quick decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and ability to observe surroundings carefully
