  • Part-time, Contract Job Description We are seeking dependable and professional Flex Security Guards to join our team.
Flex officers must be able to work a flexible schedule and travel to various job sites as needed. This position requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to adapt quickly to different assignments and environments. Officers may be assigned to armed or unarmed sites based on qualifications and company needs. Responsibilities Provide a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors Patrol assigned properties and monitor for suspicious activity Complete incident reports and daily activity logs accurately Respond to emergencies and follow company procedures Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Travel to multiple locations as needed to cover shifts and assignments IL Requirements 20-Hour Security Training Certificate and valid PERC Card required 40-Hour Firearm Training and a valid FOID Card are required for armed assignments Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or GED equivalent required Strong communication and problem-solving skills Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently WI Requirements Valid Private Security Permit required to work security in Wisconsin; Applicants must already possess an active permit through a current or previous employer sponsorship Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or GED equivalent required
