The Bouncer / night-life role we are hiring for, responsibility is maintaining a safe, controlled, and professional environment within nightlife and hospitality. This position focuses on monitoring entry points, managing guest flow, and ensuring client policies are followed. Bouncers play a critical role in maintaining order, preventing disturbances, and responding quickly and professionally to any issues that may arise. Responsibilities include controlling access to the premises, monitoring guest behavior, identifying potential safety concerns, and de-escalating conflicts when necessary. The role requires maintaining a visible security presence while working closely with team members and venue management to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property. Candidates must demonstrate strong situational awareness, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments. A valid Security Guard License and prior nightlife security experience are required for this position.

Position Details :

Day, evening or overnight Guaranteed weekly pay.

What We're Looking For:

Valid Security Guard License (required) Minimum 2 years of nightlife security experience Prior experience in a security or law enforcement role, especially in a tactical capacity. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Strong situational awareness and professionalism Ability to manage entry points and maintain a safe environment Strong observational and situational awareness skills. Excellent communication skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease Excellent customer service skills Standing, moving, traversing and walking for extended periods are essential functions of this position.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies. Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
