POSITION REQUIREMENTS

(MANDATORY): An official photo ID. Social security or equivalent. Active Illinois PERC (verified before interview). Ability to pass a background (Finger Print). Working cellphone. Reliable transportation - must arrive ON TIME. Ability to write clear, detailed daily reports done in [Vision Insight Report Tracker]. Strong communication skills. Clean, neat, professional appearance. Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Must follow UPA's Code of Conduct and Post Orders with no exceptions. Stand post until relief arrives, potentially up to 4 hours in an emergency.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Pay:

$18-$20 per hour or More.

Pay Schedule:

Bi-weekly, with no check hold back.

Overtime:

Time and a half pay for hours worked over 40 per week.
