Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Response in East Saint Louis, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. You will play an important part in supporting daily operations while reflecting Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within an aerospace and defense environment. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through required site communication channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns. Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and support compliance with location rules for employees, contractors, and approved guests. Assist with documenting daily activities, incidents, and/or observations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess 1+ years of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
