QUALIFICATIONS

Stable and consistent work history High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age Must successfully pass a drug test. Must have a driver's license Must have a PERC card and 20 hour training certificate Must have good written and verbal communication skills Must have active listening skills Must have access to reliable transportation Must have a personal cell phone with the ability to text/online access Must be computer literate Must be able to pass an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable • Must be able to work from 3:45am to 11am

OFFICER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Secure premises and personnel by patrolling the property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting/denying entry. Greeting Patron's upon entering and exiting the premises. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; reporting trespassers Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
